In view of the two key technical bottlenecks of oxide solid electrolyte, which are relatively low ionic conductivity and high sintering temperature for a long time, the R & D team of Boyi has carried out in-depth and fruitful innovative exploration. By precisely adjusting the microstructure and composition of the material, the ion transport path is optimized at the atomic scale, the interface impedance is reduced, and the ion conductivity is greatly improved. At room temperature, the ionic conductivity of the oxide solid electrolyte prepared by the production line can reach 10⁻⁴ -10 ⁻³ S/cm stably, and at the medium temperature range of 60℃ -80 ℃, the ionic conductivity can rise to 10⁻³ -10 ⁻² S/cm, fully meeting the performance requirements of solid-state batteries under various working conditions. At the same time, the R&D team has comprehensively optimized the sintering process. Through the introduction of advanced sintering equipment and precise temperature control algorithm, the fine management of the sintering process is realized. Under the premise of ensuring product quality, the sintering temperature is effectively reduced, the production cycle is shortened, the production cost is greatly reduced, and the large-scale production capacity of the production line is effectively improved. During the forum, the senior technical engineers of Boyi elaborated the technical principle, fine production process and practical application cases of the production line, and its advanced technology and practicability won wide praise and high recognition from the experts attending the meeting. Subsequently, at Inter Battery, a South Korean battery exhibition held from March 5 to 7, 2025, Bo Yi once again demonstrated its strong strength in sulfide solid electrolyte production line technology.

Although sulfide solid electrolyte has attracted much attention in the industry due to its ultra-high ionic conductivity (up to 10⁻³ -10 ⁻² S/cm at room temperature, and some products even exceed 10⁻² S/cm) and excellent low temperature performance, its inherent defects such as poor thermal stability and extremely sensitive to humidity and oxygen have seriously hindered its large-scale commercial application. Boyee launched in-depth research and development for these technical problems. In terms of synthesis process optimization, the release of toxic gases during synthesis was effectively inhibited by innovative reaction path design and process parameter regulation.
