It is equipped with a precision particle size screening device to ensure uniform particle size distribution of the crushed material, which helps to improve the specific surface area and reactivity of the solid electrolyte. The problems of imprecise particle size control and low production efficiency in the traditional crushing method are solved.

 

Mixing system: Using efficient mixing and uniformity technology, through the combination of precision blade and shaft, strong shear force and eddy current are generated to make the material flow collision in all directions. The dynamic mixing chamber is designed to make the material fully contact and collide in the mixing process and improve the mixing uniformity and speed. Effectively avoid material agglomeration and stratification. Solve the problem of uneven mixing and low efficiency in the traditional mixing method, and improve the quality stability of solid electrolyte.

Wet grinding system: Combined with wet grinding and particle size control technology, high strength shear force and impact force are applied through the interaction between the grinding medium and the slurry. Fine particles make the slurry reach the expected size distribution and fineness, and improve the performance of solid electrolyte. Solve the problem of inaccurate particle size control and low grinding efficiency in traditional grinding methods.
