With the approaching of the Spring Festival, all walks of life have gradually entered the holiday mode, and it is particularly important to ensure the safe shutdown and maintenance of equipment during the holiday for enterprises that have purchased Boyi sand mill.
As the key equipment in the production line, the correct shutdown and proper maintenance of the sand mill are not only related to the service life of the equipment, but also directly affect the smooth progress of the production after the festival.
Therefore, this guide will detail the safe operation steps and maintenance precautions of the Spring Festival shutdown of Boyi sand mill, to help enterprises ensure that the equipment is properly kept during the holiday, and lay a solid foundation for efficient production after the holiday.
01 Prepare for shutdown
1. Material handling: Before the sander is shut down, ensure that all the materials being grinded have been completely processed, and no residual materials are left in the sander.
This helps avoid deterioration or corrosion of the equipment during downtime.
2. Equipment cleaning:
1) If the planned downtime of the equipment exceeds 24-48 hours or more, it must be thoroughly cleaned.
2) Put a certain amount of cleaning liquid into the circulation cylinder.
3) Adjust the speed of the sander to the lowest range, start the equipment to clean the sander and related pipes, and ensure that the cleaning fluid fully contacts and cleans all internal surfaces. 4) After the equipment has been circulating for a certain time, discharge the waste water and shut down the equipment. 5) It is recommended to remove the filter and iron remover in the pipeline and clean them separately to ensure that there is no residue and achieve a thorough cleaning effect.
3. Cooling water discharge: discharge the cooling water in the sand mill and supporting equipment (such as the jacket of the mixing tank, pipelines) to prevent the water from freezing due to low temperature in winter and damage the equipment.
4. When using this operation mode in the production environment, ensure that the ambient temperature is above zero. Do not perform this operation if the production environment temperature is below zero.
After the machine is cleaned, clear solvent and pure water should be added to fully infiltrate the pipe and grinding body to ensure that the inside of the grinding chamber and the inside of the material pipe are kept wet, avoid dry bonding phenomenon, and prevent the valve from getting stuck.
02 Stopping Operation 1. Power off the device: After all cleaning work is complete, power off the sander.
2. Safety check: Check whether there are left materials or tools around the equipment to ensure a clean and safe working environment.
3. Record and handover: record equipment downtime, cleaning conditions and any special precautions to prepare for starting up after the festival.
03 Operation Guide for Starting the sander 1. Preparations before starting the sander 1) Check the equipment:
· Check all parts of the sander and supporting equipment to ensure that they are not damaged, loose or abnormal.
· Verify that the filter and iron remover are thoroughly cleaned and properly installed.
2) Cooling system preparation: According to the current weather and equipment requirements, if necessary, re-fill the cooling water to the sand mill and supporting equipment to ensure the normal operation of the cooling system.
3) Material preparation: Prepare the material to be ground to ensure that the quality of the material meets the production standards and requirements.
4) Operation inspection: · Monitor the pressure and level of the sealing fluid to ensure that it is within the normal range.
· Monitor the material temperature to prevent overheating from affecting the grinding effect.
· Check the inlet pressure detection device to ensure its normal operation. · Determine the rotation direction of the stirrer to ensure that it is consistent with the equipment requirements.
5) Check before trial operation: · Confirm that the equipment has been correctly installed according to the site conditions.
· Adjust the equipment to the horizontal state to ensure stable operation. · Check belt tensioning to ensure normal transmission.
· Verify that material piping is installed and secured without leakage risk. · Tighten all screw joints on the equipment to ensure secure connection.
6) Electrical installation and inspection shall be completed by authorized personnel, including:
· Cable connection and power supply inspection. · The control cabinet is matched and properly connected to the machine.
· Tighten the screws in the control cabinet. · All distribution boxes and sockets are closed.
· Equipment, material containers and connecting pipes are grounded.
· The grinding machine and feeding pump are running in the correct direction.
· Remove foreign bodies in the equipment to ensure safe operation.
· Confirm that the grinding area and pipeline are installed correctly, no leakage phenomenon, and the agitator can be manually rotated.
· (Optional) The material pump is ready for operation. · The machine sealed can has been filled with sealing liquid, and the liquid level is normal.
· The sealed pressure compressed air system is properly connected and nitrogen is used as a compressed gas if the equipment is operating in an explosion hazard area. · The refrigeration circuit is connected correctly, the temperature is controlled between 5℃-10℃, and the chilled water pressure meets the requirements. · All working components and alarm system function normally and without fault. · All instrument glass is not broken, and the display is clear. · All protective devices are intact to ensure safe operation. · The pressure switch is set correctly and meets the equipment requirements.
1) Equipment preheating: If the equipment is shut down for a long time, it is necessary to preheat the operation to ensure that the temperature of all components of the equipment is uniform and the operation is normal.
2) Start the equipment: according to the equipment operation rules, gradually start the sander, pay attention to the operation of the equipment.
3) Adjust parameters: According to the production demand, adjust the speed, pressure and other parameters of the sand mill to the appropriate range.
Through the above operation guide, it can be ensured that the sand mill is properly shut down during the Spring Festival and smoothly started after the festival to ensure production efficiency and equipment safety.
